Valladolid Airport
Guide To Valladolid AirportSince the year 2000 Valladolid Airport has a new passenger terminal. Both arrivals and departures are handled in the ground floor of the two storey building. The first floor is only accessible from the departures lounge and has a restaurant with views of the runway.
Three car hire offices are located in the arrivals hall. The staff are multilingual and more than happy to help you with the necessary paperwork and to answer questions. Also located in the arrivals area are two baggage carousels, information desks and several tour operators.
A multi-shop sells tobacco, souvenirs, newspapers and much more; a cafeteria; four gates and eight check-in desks are available in the departures area. Other facilities at Valladolid Airport are a post office, ATM machines, internet service, facilities for passengers with special needs and a car park for 326 spaces, 80 of which belong to the car hire companies. A bit further away from the terminal you will also find the Royal Valladolid Aviation Club that uses some of the airport's facilities.
Valladolid Airport provides all the necessary facilities and services one would expect from an international airport. Even though Ryanair is the only airline that offers flights from the UK, the majority of the staff at the airport speak English.
