Guide To Jerez AirportDespite its small size, Jerez airport is extremely efficient and provides a wide range of facilities, services and amenities. The airport is divided into two floors on which you will find eleven check-in desks; 2 gates; the airport’s only passenger terminal which operates all flights; the cargo terminal; an exchange bureau; information points; a restaurant that offers views of the 2.3 km long and 45 m wide runway; several cafes and bars; a duty free area and much more.
Four leading car hire companies are located in the arrivals area. You are able to rent a car via telephone, fax or e-mail in advance,which makes it easier once you have arrived at the airport. The staff at the car hire desks are bilingual and more than happy to hand over your car, once all the paperwork is filled out.
Outside the airport there is a large long term car park with spaces for up to 550 cars and short term parking spaces for over 450 are also at your disposal. You can park for free for the first 30 minutes, after that it will cost € 0.85 per half hour, € 6.95 per day and € 31.85 if you are going on holiday and want to leave your car at the airport. Again, those without a car and those who come to Jerez for business or leisure can take advantage of the car hire company’s services.
