Getting To Salamanca AirportThe airport at Salamanca is located 15 kilometres to the east of the capital city on the road which links it to Avila in the town of Encinas de Abajo within the municipal districts of Machacon, Calvarrasa de Abajo and Villagonzalo de Tormes.
It can be accessed via kilometer point 79.8 of the N-501 highway which runs from the city centre.
There is no public transport available in the area so it is recommended that you arrange car rental with one of the companies based in the area.
